Kia Price Hike in April 2022
Kia Motors did Steep Price Hike with Prices Increased to tune of upto 7% on certain Model Variants in April 2022 - which is unprecedented hike seen in recent years. Infact so much so that Kia Carens Prestige 1.5 Petrol On Road Prices are now higher to extend of 1 Lakh with double whammy of Increased Car Prices and Higher Road Tax in certain zone (as car exshowroom cost beyond 10 Lakh)
Due to
- Sharp Increase in Commodity Prices
- Depreciating Rupee against INR
- Increasing Input Costs
Kia announced a steep hike with no price protection offered to customers. Any individual who has a booking will be what charged revised price as applicable from 1st April 2022. Do note that there is waiting Period which extends from 2 Months to 12 Months on Certain Kia Cars and revised prices would be what applicable on existing bookings too
