My Renault Car Music system was locked because i disconnected the battery. Now its asking for Authentication Key. please tell me what is the authentication key for it
It is in the last page or in the inside part of the back cover of the owners manual. Hope it is helpful.
just fitted a new battery to my Renault captur and now asking for authorisation code when I type in the code and then press ok it says it is the wrong code what can I do.
My car was not starting due to battery issue as it got drained so after push from back of car it got started. After that my car radio not accepting the 4 digit authentication code, which is correctly entered.
I am pressing OK button, but it does not accept wait for Time. Also, whenever I start the car Radio automatically starts and asking for password.
Please help on it.

Radio code will be written inside your Renault Maintenance booklet. First page, top right. Not the drivers handbook or any of the two quick guides. Inside you RENAULT MAINTENANCE booklet.
