I own Manza and my friend owns tata Vista; both are quadrajet engines. I pay lot of attention in keeping my car like new one.
Below is the information as per my experience in driving 90000+ kms on my tata manza:
1. Engine Oil - Brand & Litres
Shell Helix ultra 5W40 (4 liters box) or MOBIL-1 0W40 (4 liters box)
I used both these oils. Best performance to any multijet/quadrajet engines. You will need 3.2 liters oil in your car, rest you can take bakc home and top-up on your own in home after running for 4000-5000 kms. So that your oil becomes semi-new

Change frequency can be 12000 if full synthetic(from above 2) oil is used.
2. Brake oil - Brand
Any good quality oil should help here. No need to change on every servicing; change it as per need. Typically every 60000 kms.
3. Coolant
Change every 50000 kms. Go for "Castrol Radicool Heavy Duty Coolant 3 ltr"
4. Power steering oil
Change after 75000-80000 kms. Power sterring becomes like new one.
5. Gear Oil
Must change after 70000 kms, but non one will say you this. In Manual transmission cars like tata vista and manza, its very necessary to change transmission/gear oil.
Typically after 60000 to 80000 kms is when you change your clutch plate + clutch cylendar oil and transmission/gearbox oil.
Also, pay attention towards your air filter: must clean after 6 months and must change every alternate service. This is like heart of your car !!!
Tyre rotations should be done every 10000 kms to keep your tyres running for 50000 kms before you change them.
Shock observers bushing check/change every 20000 kms.
