Hello Tarun.

Safety - Both cars have Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD, Immobilizer.

Comfort in Seating ^ Space - Honda Jazz any time, much better cabin space, excellent headroom probably one of the best among all hatch, descent shoulder room, wide leg room and much bigger boot. The seats are better reclined. No comparison at all to our perception

Mileage - If you see ARAI standards , Liva is 10% more fuel efficient than Jazz - but very few have actually complained about Jazz mileage. The powerful V-Tec engine is capable of producing mileage of atleast 12 kmpl on city and 15 kmpl on Highway conditions

Maintenance, Spares - Actually low maintenance is required in both cars - due to impeccable technology & engine.
However. to our observation Honda accessories & spares are slightly costlier.

Value for Money - There is much difference of 1 Lac Rs & no discount on Jazz under current offers
Jazz is spacious, powerful - has additionally alloy wheels in S MT, steering mounted audio control, Music System with CD Player with Speakers in both Front and Rear. These features are missing in Liva Gsp

If you dont care much for Alloys n steering mounted audio control - has a small family - go for Liva Gsp
If you look for a complete package with space, engine, alloys - Jazz is undisputed choice
