You have not specified on what issues you observed while doing PDI
But, Its a customer right and can reject car anytime before registration for :-

> even change of mind
If you rejected a car during PDI - is best to write an email to Dealer Showroom and Tata Motors customer service stating that car as observed during PDI (with VIN Number) was faulty with list of issues as faced and what next you seek
a. Either Alternate car with confirmation in how many days can arrange of same color.
b. If you do not wish to buy car then refund - but pls take this extreme step only if your loan is not disbursed as cancellation charges and interest payment can be significant (and dealer do not refund amount to customer, but refund to bank as margin money is hypothecated to bank and they even take upto 2 weeks to refund amount to bank)
