Hello Mr. Sidhu,

They will hand you over
a. Delivery Note - which will be duly stamped and sign by Maruti True Value official stating all risk, responsibility, traffic offence, challans from date and time of delivery would pertain to them

b. Also in delivery note will mention acknowledement of documents as taken while buying car from you including - Rc, Insurance, Keys

c. They will also issue you credit note confirmation of funds as transferred to you against the stated car.

Yes its safe to sell car to Maruti True Value, but you need to ensure that
a. RC Transfer process is completed within 90 days, for same suggest to keep followup with dealer on status of car whether sold to end buyer and RC Transfer status after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and if car not done in 90 days to keep loop with Maruti Suzuki officials to escalate

As Transferred RC is what the final document which will ensure that your ownership is transferred to next buyer in court of law.

Hope should help !!
