I had booked the all new toyota hycross ZX(O) Pearl white colour car on december 2nd 2022(02/12/2022) at Harsha Toyota, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh by paying an amount of rs 50000/- through online banking for which I had received the booking receipt, but upon calling number of times the dealer still not able to deliver the ca

This happens all the time with all the dealers of the toyota especially for the fortuner and the innova hycross as they are often bought by the politicians and the bureaucrat.
what to do to get my car delivered at the earliest

What is the status of all your bookings?

Its been 11 months of my booking still there is not response from dealer or Toyota. They just give standard reply.

I too had booked car on the very first day of booking.
Colour Sparkling Black.
I did call and write to Toyota Bharath. Still no response to any of my communications. The only response is wait we will call you.

Its the worst kind of negligence i have come across in my life. Feel like product might be class but company is worst of all others.

Dear Srikanth ji,

Greetings !!
Toyota officially started Hycross bookings from 25th November onwards and as per data information
> Maximum Interest received from buyers were of Hybrid Edition
> With Vx and Zx Option Hybrid got highest interest from buyers

for which deliveries of cars booked in first 2 days i.e 25th & 26th November were given first priority for deliveries which started in Jan End to Feb month

Been the given booking as seen was done on 2nd December - chances are that delivery time lines can actually go on to months long waiting (Which depends on manufacturer allocation in your city - and number of bookings for Zx Hybrid pre hand)

Now how to get Car Early
As looks like that you booked car at Harsha Toyota Dealership - did they update you of tentative waiting ?
Are they in touch with you about Indent status of the car ?

If they over-committed you to deliver by Feb 2023 then you have all right to escalate to Toyota citing
> Booking Details
> Committed Time lines

and let them know that despite ready to spend in close to 35 Lakh - you doubt the authenticity of fair sales process basis apprehensions as shared in. Way is to Write a tweet
and also send email to
- customer care

or call on 1800-309-0001 and make complaint to Toyota

and/or address to Atul Sood - VP Sales in your email communication on
Email hidden for Public view

Do specify concern details step wise in terms of
> Date of booking including booking details
> Model, Variant as booked with location
> Promised delivery time lines
> Your apprehension about product deliveries despite wait of 2 months
to get same addressed by concerned
