Greetings !!
Here are some pointers which will assist on need, requirement

1. Pls check first, if car is under warranty of not. Maruti provides 2 years of warranty from date of sale, and thats extendable upto 5 yrs / 1 Lakh Kms - provided original warranty not over. Yes can ask for RC of car - standard warranty is 2 years / 40,000 Kms from date of sale. Check registration date as per RC and if car is under warranty can well extend car warranty to 5 yr / 1 Lakh kms at your end post purchase or may even check on parivahan website

2. If you are aware of technicals:- You can either do self assessment of car including
a) Whether car is accidental or not
b) Bumper / bonet / doors painted
c) Any abnormal noise from Car including suspension while driving on bad roads, Aircon, Brakes, Cornering
d) Smoke from Exhaust
e) Clutch Travel Range
e) Electrical Functions including Power Window up and own, Music System, Wiper, Headlight, Tail Light, AC on / off with cooling effectiveness and no abnormal noise form AC
and check and inspect car features and also take a satisfactory drive of minimum 5 kms on both high speed, low speed, brakes

3. If not confident on above and found something not correct along with fact provided car is out of warranty - pretty important to connect with a local trained mechanic of area or tell dealer that you have finalised car and need confirmation by getting inspected from Authorized service center by getting car physically checked
You need to essentially check on
a) If car is accidental by checking paint, bonet, side window beading, rear
b) Hows suspension including lower arm, link rod, bushes, steering rack which can be known only on driving car on bad roads, cornering at speed
c) Brake Pads, Battery, Clutch Plate
d) AC Inspection for gas, any noise from AC
e) Clutch Travel range
e) Other Electrical item inspection
f) Exhaust Smoke
g) Road Test of car by them
i) Music System Functionality
i) All Motors - wiper, Power Window and Functions

4. All Essential check for Used Car on whether car stolen and important checks before buying used car are referred in this video


Price Assessement
Whats the Insurance Validity ? as insurance can well be transferred to
Presuming car condition is reasonable good and no major issues and if
a) Car is indeed in warranty
b) Comprehensive Insurance valid and is with car and provided has validity of 3 more month

Fair price can go to extent of 8.3 Lakh to 8.5 Lakh

b) Comprehensive Insurance valid and is with car and provided has validity of 3 more month

Fair price is 8 Lakh

Fair price is 7.85 Lakh to 7.9 Lakh
