See i would like to share some pointers

1. Service network proximity matters a lot. Ford India discontinued there operations and even some service center closed in too
Am not aware of your location or the workshop load which this area gets, what if this workshop too gets closed ?

2. Ford Ecosport although a great fun to drive car with superior highway dynamics, but
a) suspension was on stiffer note.
b) Clutch is on stiffer note
However you have majority of use - 60% on higway - stiff suspension actually becomes positive for stability and clutch role would be relative lesser as gear shift change would be less - so its not a deal breaker

3. Can you pls check on Ford Aspire titanium Blu tdci 2021 petrol 1k running rs 7.50 lakh - TDCI is Diesel Engine
can you recheck, if its Petrol its not fun, but if its Diesel - its a great pickup

4. Honda WRV Petrol is boring on highway, stiffened up grear shifts - not fun

5. Honda WRV Diesel is relatively better but WRV biggest con
a) Headroom space is relatively compact as floor raised
b) Rear Seat has almost no headrest
c) Gearbox has some notchiness in both Petrol and Diesel one

> good service, long term use and reliability, 60% highways 10% city 10% rural others 20%, need a kind of regular commute, budget about 7.00 lakh

So that aspect you need to factor in and check for good reputed local garage in your city who can service or repair Ford car if required. If indeed able to find same

Now of the choices given
1. TiVct is Petrol Engine as referred of 2018 make, which was known for one among lowest mileage in compact SUV Segment but this 2018 Model used to come with higher features including touchscreen had Sync3 which was later discontinued in 2019 make Titanium model

2. Ford Ecosport Titanium 2019 Diesel is fun to drve, more engaging, quick and can be on radar of anyone who look fun to drive car but with lesser features

Basis fact you love to drive car - Ecosport 2019 Diesel or if can get in 2018 Diesel make Titanium or Titanium Plus Diesel would be even recommended pick for your need.
