Sure, as i see you shortlsted minimum 4 star safety rated cars, so here are some pointers on cars as shortlisted basis your need

1. Amaze is relatively a decent car - but for city use
Somehow soft suspension, R175 tyres, light steering do not inspire much confidence on higher speed and been a relatively high 40% usage is segerated towards highway - this is not a ideal choice for need

2. Nissan Magnite
Steering feels vague and for city use suspension is on stiffened note
Also no space after clutch pedal with relative limited after sales service network
This is also not a recommended choice basis need

3. Brezza Lxi
> Very Reliable
> Fuel Efficient
> Comfort Oriented Drive
> Safer Car which is turned more safer with ESP and Hill Assist

But - Problem with Brezza earlier was light steering with suspension which did not inspired confidence on highway
Although its an improved car in terms of safety specs of ESP but somehow Nexon handling and dynamics are relative better

4. Tata Nexon XM
Although a much better pick over given cars basis
> ESP as additional safety for highway
> Relative superior Handling
> Turbo Petrol Engine is Fun
and now new Nexon is much improved car with XM model loaded with all essential safety, styling, convenience features
Infact Steering feedback too is better than Brezza

But downside
> Visibility not great
> Wind noise is higher
> Fuel Efficiency which is relative much lower against Brezza (if you need to maximise, drive in Eco mode on highway and city mode in local use)

Now there could be concern on reliability
Its important to know that Tata Nexon is now a 5 yr Old Product and still in same generation with almost all initial niggles, issues been resolved
Product is in matured stage with score of silent enhancements done by OEM
So no major issues except fact that there is wind noise and

Recommended Tata Nexon XM Petrol but opt for 5 yr Warranty for peace of mind ownership

Sir, but i am a little bit baised toward amaze as its vx varient is feature loaded and it has somewhat good milage as compared to Nexon petrol , secondly am a slow and steady type driver so on highways my speed will be limited to 80-90 max, but in a corner of mind am thinking about nexon as i hv to use the car for long period and is the ground clearance of amaze is good enough for villages and in city over patholes.
you can suggest some other good options in the range.

Sir, One more thing to clarify
As its heared that turbo engine requires more maintenance in long run as compared to natural aspirated engine, so pls suggest so that its not heavy on pocket in term of maintenance and also running cost

Honda Amaze is a great choice where majority of requirement going to be in city (local usage)
Light Steering, Low Turning radius, Good Features, Better Fuel Efficiency with Reliable product - you get all traits in New Amaze

However Downside of Amaze remains as
> Soft Suspension
> Very Mediocre Handling character

Somehow at speed you never get inspired driving experience as what required.
Steering feel pretty light, soft suspension and as rightly said in previous reply by admin that R15 175 Tyre feel skinny - dont offer much grip

i cant recommend Amaze for these roads - you will never enjoy same

Coming to Turbo Engine
Yes there is a turbo charger and Nexon is not relative lowest on service maintenance part
But if followed in ideal driving with start-stop can experience reliability

Having said same - based on updated info on road condition and fact that speed would be rather limited on villages and in city on potholes
Choose in Brezza Lxi with these modifications
a) Wheel Cover - cost Rs 2000
b) Rear Seat Headrest - pls refer this post
c) Aftermarket Toucscreen with Camera - pls refer this post

On your recommendations i've booked brezza Lxi white, currently waiting period is about 10-12 weeks as told by salesperson
Now my query is about accessories, should i install all the accessories from dealership or aftermarket as there is N number of videos on YouTube about modifications of 2022 brezza lxi aftermarket,
Should warranty will be void if i do aftermarket fitment,
Secondly there are steering mounted control for lxi ,is it safe to install steering mounted control as it may hamper the operation of airbag or its safe to do so,
Pls clarify

Is it worth paying 1lakh extra over brezza lxi for magnite xv turbo as magnite is fully featured loaded considering that will hv to pay for accessories for brezza lxi varient.
Only thing am concerning about is turbo engine and reliability of magnite

> No Place after clutch to rest left foot
> Stiffer Suspension
> Future of Nissan as brand in India as Magnite sales is still at just 3000 units a month

If you considering Magnite - rather check out Renault Kiger - although not as feature loaded but

I have booked brezza lxi on your recommendations and delivery expected August first week,
My query is about insurance and registration charges as i have booked the car thorough CSD and ex showroom price of brezza lxi through CSD is 7.07 lakh in Chandigarh . Now dealer is saying that registration charges and insurance will be on ex showroom that is 7.99 lakh and not on CSD price,
Is it true,
