Resolved Need help in buying our First car

Hi Sir,

I want to buy a new car for family. Getting married on 29th Nov, so need a family car and want the delivery asap.
Daily and monthly run will be in the range of 20-50 kms and 500-1500 kms respectively.
We are a family of 4.Mostly it will be driven by my would be wife to commute to her work, she is a Class 1 Officer, works for Govt. of Odisha as a Veterinary Surgeon. I may drive the car only on holidays as I will stay in Bangalore and will come home once in a month or two. We all are new drivers and this will be our first car. We will keep a driver also.


We stay in a village which is 75 kms away from city Bhubaneswar. , so in my location there is No service centers available.
Nearby Town is Nayagarh which is 17 kms away and in that Town: Tata, Mahindra, Hyundai and Maruti Showrooms available .But they only do some minor repairs and regular monthly service (Service VANs comes from Bhubaneswar).For any major repair, we have to take the car to Bhubaneswar.

My Budget: Upto 13 lakhs. Plan to purchase with own money. No Finance.
Cars Shortlisted: Nexon, XUV300, Brezza.
Wish to buy XUV700/Safari but have to take loan of 7-8 lakhs . This does not makes me feel good as I have to repay my existing House loan.


Thing I am looking at in the car , rank wise:
1. Less Maintenance , as we staying far from city.
2.Safety.
3.Mileage.

Transmission type: Automatic.
Color : White
Seating capacity : Mostly 1-2 members will travel .Once in a month my sister's family(4 members- Brother in law, Sister, 2 kids-aged 13 and 10) comes to our house , so we all 7-8 members may have to travel together if we plan to visit some places nearby.
Roads we use: Rural area
State: Odisha
District: Khorda.

I talked with 4 dealers so far:

Maruti Dealer Nayagarh: Maruti Brezza VXI AT waiting period is 1 month, max discount offered 8k(Company discount=5k , Farmer/Govt Employee Discount=3k).
Tata Dealer1, Bhubaneswar : They have one Nexon Diesel in their showroom which they can sell immediately. Discount max offered 3k.Else minimum waiting period for Nexon is 3 months transit plus 1 week delivery.
Tata Dealer2,Nayagarh : In Safari , they have only 5k discount. For Nexon waiting period is 3 months.
Hyundai Dealer, Nayagarh : They told if you are talking about Safari, then buy Alcazar. They have a Diesel AT Alcazar in stock and sell immediately.

Questions:
Which car we should buy ?
In my opinion a Petrol car will suits us. You can correct me.
Need your help in getting a better deal and discount.
