Hi Amit,
All the cars you've listed are excellent machines.I gather you are considering mt petrol engines. I would strongly suggest you to add s cross to your list.It is the most vfm vehicle in this price bracket. That 1.5 na engine is smooth and frugal. It is not a bad highway cruiser also. Moreover MASS gives you that peace of mind keeping in mind that you are in for the long haul.I would pick zeta mt and invest the rest of money sensibily in these difficult times.
Well.. its my opinion and at the end if the day its your hard earned money...

Hello Amit ji,

Greetings !!

I understand your requirements, pls find point wise reply

Safety Aspect
let me tell you other than Kia Seltos - none of other 2 cars been crash tested in Global NCAP as benchmark.
As per available data in Global NCAP
> Seltos : Scored 3 Star and structure marked unstable at 64 Kmph crash
> Creta : Global NCAP Crash test not performed in last 15 months. However Seltos and Creta both share in same chassis platform
> Kushaq : Recently launched car and Global NCAP crash test results not available. However, Skoda Kushaq features in advanced safety of ESC, TRaction control and roll over protection to deliver in superior safety spec

Comfort
Well comfort is dervied from soft suspension which is there in Creta
Somehow while you experience in drive in city conditions
> Seating Comfort
> Soft Suspension
> Neck related comfort

Hyundai Creta is a notch better in segmen. However, when you speak for Kia Seltos and Skoda Kushaq - what you experience in is superior ride and handling. Been suspension on stiffer note and yes some weight to steering - you experience better stability and superior handling on highway dynamics

Peace of Mind
Expect Peace of mind ownership from all 3 brands. While Warranty available in Seltos and Creta for upto 5 yrs (including extended warranty) - Kushaq offer upto 6 yr warranty. Service Maintenance packages are available for both Seltos and Kushaq and competitively priced. Cost in around Rs 27000 for 5 yr / 50,000 Kms for Seltos, while for Kushaq for 4 yr / 60,000 Kms cost in Rs 29000 approx

With Skoda India localising in spares, there car service cost came down to a considerable extent

Other Pointers
1. In terms of after sales service network - Hyundai Leads the pack with widest reach across
2. In terms of drive response, do note that Clutch Travel range is relative longer in Kushaq, so clutch experience would comparatively be on stiffer note against Creta and Seltos
3. Also, in between Creta and Seltos - been light steering and even more sleek gear shifts with light clutch - it feels more smooth in Creta as against Kushaq and Seltos. But Flip side is on highway where body roll and light steering do not provide as confidence as what expected out of this car

Overall
For day to day in city drive, comfort, reliability, proven after sales and Creta as a brand - you just cant go wrong with Hyundai Creta Ex

But care for a car where can find inspiring confidence on safety aspect, high speed dynamics, Mid range performance where Turbo Petrol Engine brings a smile, fun to drive and immaculate handling - Skoda Kushaq Active is what should look out for

Not recommending Seltos as safety was said as an important criteria and Seltos scored pretty average on that front.
Giving benefit of doubt to Creta

Hope should help !!

Dear Admin

Loved your response to Amit ji.

Would it be right to say that to ease out the discomfort of clutch gear due to long range movement (not sleek) in Kushaq AT option better than manual. Can Amit ji go consider Kushaq Ambition Automatic option which will give a balance of driving comfort, handling and ride. Automatic can give driving comfort in day to day city bumper2bumper traffic. Provided he can stretch budget little bit. Please suggest.

Also in terms of TRUE premium aspects which car you see best Creta, Seltos and Kushaq ?
