Resolved Confused in Tata Nexon XM with Accessories or XZ Plus Car

We are confused between Nexon XM / XZ+ with 2021 model, Red / Orange color.

Please suggest if we are looking for these features,

Tires modification only up to one inch ( michelin pilot sport with 3 year warranty - 50k onwards), Alloy wheels ( good brand comes with a warranty, bill), seat adjust meant, Parcel tray, bumper sill plate, Day & night IRVM, Auto-dimming mirror & anti-glare mirror, dashcam (with geo location, server space, 85 GB storage, 9-10k onwards, transcend /blackbox ) , Garlock - Pin / U lock ( RD or any similar brand with a warranty of 3 years), glass tint, foot guards, honeycomb mats, Parking Sensor & Rearview camera with colored grid lines / IR Camera with colored grid lines & mirror with a view of the rear camera, Tire inflator - Michelin / Good year, Matting & Mudflap, Mobile holder - ( 1300-1500/- Zaap / TAGG brand), Rear viper, Harman / Blaupunkt 7 inch, seat covers ( only of nexon - auto foam), mats, steering cover, door visor, shark fin antenna, door guards, scuff plates, defogger & viper, bonet mat, 4 chrome handles, blind spot mirrors, tire monitoring ( sensory blaupunkt only), cornering fog lamps, bumper sill plate, wooden hand rest ( front), side mirrors replacement with xz+, front & rear bumper painting similar to xz+

At showroom:
The engine under shield protection cover ( 4000-6000 /- ), chrome accessories ( headlamp garnish, or garnish, tail lamp garnish, door scuff plates, rear boot garnish, rear reflector garnish, cabin AC filter ( 300-400 /- ), remote control lock, fog lights - 4500/- ( take only in showroom or else warranty will be lost), Cabin AC filter, Headlight - replace halogen headlight bulb with Philips Xtreme vision plus / Osram night vision breaker 55-60 Watts maximum ( 1500-1600) with projector and temperature of not more than 4300 and It is illegal for 90-100 watts, gear lock, mud flaps, alloy wheels.

We don't want these features,
Sunroof, cruise control, front, rear bumper, Teflon coating, ceramic pro coating, anti-rust coating ( required only after 4-5 years), DRL's, auto rain-sensing wipers, auto headlights, cruise control, Rear AC vents, Cool glove box, Push the button, Ambient light, voice command control.

Please suggest going for XM red is a good option and adding the above features separately or going for XZ+ is better. How can we get the best deal in Hyderabad and considering the best customer service?
