insteed of buying new car i want to spend money on certified used car so i can get half or less then that budget i can get being a beginner according to me for atleast 4-5 years wants to use.

my question is Mahindra First Choice is it associated with Mhindra group ? If so,are all the terms and condition dealers are following ? Are they giving proper service to First Choice used car buyers ? because after cliarence of payment to dealers only dealers processed for document transfer and so on . once paid money to dealers how they are responding.

Why so many queries in my mind because what ever money i am going to spend for used car it sould be worth of money and piece of mind.
i need your mental support and help to buy used car.

Greetings !!

Mahindra First Choice is what an Independent used car network by Mahindra
Here Mahindra offers Franchise business Model where any Used car dealer can associate with Mahindra by
> Accepting Terms
> Having Infra set up
> Paying Fees for set up

Network dealers are given access to Inspection and certify the car basis same and even offered an option of Warranty Assist which may range to 1 year warranty on Electrical and Mechanical components

Now in terms of Mahindra First Choice
See they are franchise and bought used car and going to sell that car at higher price to retain margin
From a consumer perspective its utmost important
> That due diligence is been done about car assessment, condition, service history
> Closely inspect in door beam, boot, engine compartment to rule out any major accident
> Negotiate on Price to seal a deal
> Service Levels and Deal can vary a lot basis franchise. May check out for available reviews of that franchise online

The only big benefit which is foresee with Mahindra First choice is that
> Car Papers in almost all cases - RC, Owner documents are verified by MFC Dealer so that no issue in transfer happens
> 1 Year Warranty but do note that its mostly limited to Engine and Electrical Wiring only. Theres no warranty for Brakes, Clutch, AC, Suspension, any kind of Noise etc

From Buyer Perspective
> Do note that the used car dealer showroom is yes given a model to inspect and sell, but its utmost important for a consumer to do all required checks, inspection, verify in service history and only once satisfied with it to negotiate in price. Remember :- Theres no fixed price, and proper inspection of car is utmost important

> Even cars are serviced through Mahindra First Choice service, but mostly spare parts / filters used are not what of Original Parts Manufactured of Brand of car (Except Mahindra car). Like say if Honda City or Volkswagen Vento is been serviced then spare parts wont be Honda or Volkswagen Genuine parts

Advantage Perspective from Mahindra First Choice
> Peace of Mind aspect is in terms of document transfer - still recommended to check on Original RC and Owner documents before making payment
> Car Finance is done at lower rates in Certified Used Car Models as against doing direct sale-purchase
> 1 Year / 150000 Kms Warranty (whichever earlier) on Engine and Electrical component (even there are terms and conditions and riders to it) - but still something is better than no warranty

Hope should help !!
