Greetings !!
Well if we go as per JD Power CSI Customer Satisfaction Index
> 2016 : Renault was at Last Position in CSI Index
> 2017 : Renault was at Second Last Position in CSI Index
> 2018 : Renault was at 3rd Last Position in CSI Index (just one point better than Nissan in second last and last was assigned to Chevrolet been discontinued)
> 2019 : Renault again featured on last position
Out of 1000 point score, Hyundai leads at 903 Points, while Renault scored the lowest at 787 Points in 2019
In terms of Service Costs

Yes, Renault Offers economical services where car scheduled service cost are much reasonable
As can be checked in -
Renault Triber Service Cost
There are 3 Labor free services, and service cost at 10,000 Kms and 20,000 Kms is well reasonable in range of Rs 3000 to 3500 including Alignment and Balancing. Even for further paid services can expect same in range of Rs 5500 to 6000 which is much in line with Industry
So scheduled service cost may not feel in high
However, reliability is matched on number of things
> About Part type as used in car. As car is launched less than a year - cant comment on long term reliability
> Scheduled service cost is one thing but niggle free ownership is another thing.
> Plastic Quality and Spare Part matters a lot in determining the cost on long term factor
JD Power continually ranked Renault in bottom 3 position in CSI Index in last 4 years and this cant be ignored in
Net All
> Yes - Scheduled Service cost are low
> But Quality Parts and Reliability is in Uncertain zone as of now
Hope should help in making a choice !!
