Hello,

As your requirement is primarily going to be city drive, it has to be Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

https://www.mycarhelpline.com/images/newcar/Grandi10-Nios.jpg

> Light Steering, Light Clutch and reasonable tuned Suspension for Plush City Drive
> 4 Cylinder Engine NVH and Refinement is equivalent to as what experienced in Tiago
> Apt Power Delivery for within City Usage
> Good Features, Styling Element
> Hyundai Reliability, After sales service is also a plus point within city
> Better Rear Seat Legroom as against other 2 Cars
> Overall Design, Looks, Intrior Aesthetics is better against Tiago, Ignis

Hope should help !!

Hello Sir,.
I have a similar requirement.. Looking to buy the first car with 500km monthly driving and occasionally long drives. Not a very fast driver, will maintain less than 110kmph.. Budget around 9Lakhs on road. Looking for petrol manual variant.

My thoughts were (in no order)
1) Hyundai i10 NIOS
2) Ford Freestyle Titanium
3) Tata Altroz XZ.

Will Ford and Altroz's 3 cylinder engine be an issue when compared to NIOS's 4 cylinder engine ?

Pls share your thoughts.

Viswanathan.

Hi MCH

I have a similar question. I want to buy a hatchback in the range of 8L on road. My requirement will be driving on bad roads in my native for next 1 year till office resumes, post that , will be City Drive ( Blore) and monthend drive to native (400km). I am a first time car buyer, know to drive but not perfect.

I have shortlisted :
1. Nios
2. Ford Figo or Freestyle.
3. Altroz

Please suggest the best choice.

Thank you.
