Hello,

Is the rc been transferred to your name

> If you intend to check about Traffic violations / outstanding dues - Then at time of RC Transfer, any outstanding dues on the car will be told by rto official - same needs to be cleared up before transfer of same in buyer name..

> If you intend to check about accidental history / claims - Speak to Insurance company - if the policy transferred to your name, they will tell you about claims. Also - now almost every manufacturer has given DMS (Dealer Management System), could be known by other name too - Its a software by which vehicle history can be found - how many times the vehicle went for servicing in Authorized workshop service network. You may try getting same from the dealer workshop.

In terms of online - to the best of our info - at present there is no online process laid by RTO / Traffic police to check the traffic violation / outstanding due on the car.

That's the main problem RC is not registered on my name and still I don't want it to get register because of some reason.

But still I want to know if there is any case or not.
