I have bought the new Tata Harrier 2020 XZA+ and at the time of delivery i noticed an error message on speedometer, “ Drive control system fault with engine check” upon driving it acceleration was extremely low. I never expected this to happen and upon inspection the dealer came to conclusion that they accidentally filled it with BS4 fuels and as the new Harrier is BS6 it will show these faults and once you fill Bs6 fuel it will come to normal. I mean was that a genuine reply for a 25+ lakhs car ?? Below is the picture of error message. Please tell me what i can do to get this resolved.
This same problem has occurred on my Tata Harrier XZ+ about 6 times and I have driven only 6000 km .....it always happens when I drive a car at low rpm and the car suddenly shuts down due to low rpm ....then again when I restart my car it says drive mode malfunction....and no mode works now.....all lights turn on and even eco and sports mode don't work....and even the car doesn't go above 80 kmph....i car doesn't pic up and very low power delivery.....don't know why maybe because of miss fire in the engine.....have taken my harrier 6 times to the service station and they always just reupdate some software using OBD....and it takes almost 2 hours out there..... their technicians are not trained at all to be honest!!!....IF ANYONE HAS SOLUTION TO THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW
