My bike is from Odisha which is now being used in Maharashtra and i want to sell my bike either in Maharashtra or In Odihsa. I have a NOC of my bike from Odisha.

Instead of RC change, make notarized agreements between (owner-user) that I am owner and I am giving my bike for pan india use to my relative with original RC.

User can keep originals & relevant documents with original of above and his own DL.

Then there will not be any problem to the user.

Better than. Going for RC transfer?
