My concern in following pointers
kindly help.

1. I bought hyundai Venue sx diesel from CI Hyundai bhopal
2. 1 day before delivery I inspected, car was dirty, they told car came in truck from Baba hyundai dealership Ratlam.
3. At the time of delivery I asked meter reading driver told 22 km
4. after delivery I realized Initial reading was 221 km they misleaded me.
5. I called back they told car रतलाम से चल कर आई है
6. I asked from extended warranty as assurance and seat covers as compensation.

Now they are delaying response

As what i can make up from your query, you booked venue Diesel from CI Hyundai Bhopal and they claimed that they do not have car and thus
> got it from other dealer which is Baba Hyundai Ratlam
> Odo reading was also at 221 Km instead of 22 Km
> You contacted them and dealer executive sharing there own stories

Now the best way to resolve is
> First to rule out that its a demo car, get car
a) Closely Inspected in broad day sunlight on dash, steering, tyres, odometer for a possible usage
b) Register vehicle on Hyundai India Website and Hyundai Car Care app to actually check if there is any service history showing of vehicle on app

> If not been a demo car then is a great relief and next step to is to write a through email to Hyundai India Customer care, and also connect in Hyundai regional Office
Hyundai Regional Office is in Bhopal. Explain in clearly the sequence of
a) Trust you shown in Elite Hyundai brand
b) What was promised and expected as been Hyundai Customer
c) What you feel as been cheated by incidents before delivery and at delivery
d) What have you done so far to connect with local hyundai dealer and still no response as what referred
e) What you feel of Hyundai Experience as a customer NOW of the company which states core value of 'Customers lifetime companion'

Also, Hyundai India Regional Office based in Malviya Nagar, Bhopal, Contact - (0755) 6733800. There was a support staff named Ritika there earlier, unsure if shes there or not. May check out or else ask for for Respective Manager who takes care of CI Hyundai as Manager from Hyundai

If closeby to your location you can even meet them in office and explain the breach of trust and instead of putting up your demand for seat covers or these accessories - let ask on what they can do for you to regain trust, and at right moment out forward your wish

With a little push am sure can get things worked in your favor, provided you able to approach OEM regional office for the issue along with involvement of Hyundai India customer care too

Dear Hyundai,

I have purchased Hyundai Venue SX Diesel on 17.Dec.19 from CI Hyundai Hoshangabad road Bhopal.

I have immense trust in the brand Hyundai but
I am writing this to bring in your kind notice that the vehicle has been sold to me with misinterpretation of the facts.

When I visited dealership to inspect vehicle before delivery, I found car was dirty having mud on wheels, I asked to Monika(sales person) and she explained that car came in truck from Baba Hyundai Ratlam dealership and driver driven it from Kohefiza stockyard to the showroom. I have trusted on her words as a hyundai representative.

On the day of delivery when I asked for odometer reading, I have been told that it is 22.1 km.

After delivery of car while driving to home I observed that odometer reading is more than 200km which means Initial reading was 221km instead of 22.1km.

I was moved as I have been cheated by misinterpreting the facts.

I called local customer care support available at the same showroom and they explained me that "गाड़ी रतलाम से चला कर लाए इसीलिए reading 200km से ज्यादा है"

When I told customer care person that I have been cheated he finally told " हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते हमने बता दिया है गाड़ी चला कर लाए हैं आपको आगे जो करना है करलो "

Then I called to Manager Mr. Pradeep Rai and assured me for faster resolution. In the series of discussion I have explained my concern to three authority managers but no solution has been provided to me also I find all re reluctant to my calls now.

I am bachelor and bought car with loads of expectations and dreams. This is my first and I trusted hyundai but my Hyundai Experience was this full of cheat and falsehood. I had lost privilege of first long drive on brand new own car as it was already driven 221km.
I am unhappy to share my concern to you who consider Hyundai cars as 'customers lifetime companion'

Dear Sir,

While I felt great after I booked Venue – Best Seller SUV from a reliable Manufacturer Hyundai which states as 'customers lifetime companion'’, the INITIAL EXPERIENCE OF CAR DELIVERY however has been DISAPPOINTING, APPALING with MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS BY HYUNDAI DEALER breaking all my TRUST on Hyundai Brand and GOOD FEEL of Buying a New Car by spending over 10 Lakh


Details of Issue
I Booked Hyundai Venue SX Diesel at CI Hyundai, Hoshangabad road Bhopal on date __________ and made complete payments on date _________________

After confirmation from Dealership that Vehicle reached dealership, as matter of excitement and feeling of Joy I went a day before delivery to see and feel the car which I am buying from my Hard Earned Money and to my Utter Shock found Car was DIRTY, Having mud on wheels,

I asked to Monika (sales person) and she explained that car came in truck from Baba Hyundai Ratlam dealership and driver driven it from Kohefiza stockyard to the showroom and will be cleaned and given in Spic and Span Condition before delivery. I trusted on her words as a been a Hyundai Company Representative.

I took Delivery of Hyundai Venue SX Diesel on 17.Dec.19 (Chassis Number: _________________) from CI Hyundai Hoshangabad road Bhopal. On the day of delivery when I asked for odometer reading, I have been told that it is 22.1 kms. But after delivery of car while driving to home I observed that odometer reading is more than 200km which means Initial reading was 221 km instead of 22.1 kms. I was moved as I have been cheated by misinterpreting the facts, as I never expected my brand new car which I made payment to be delivered after been driven by Hyundai People by over 200 Kms.

What makes me even more concern when I read on Hyundai Owner Manual stating about vehicle Breakin Process on Page 9 which states that for Initial 1000 Kms which states to not to Race Engine, Engine RPM, Speed Variation, Hard Brakes (attached) as precautions for first 1000 Kms for performance, Economy and Life of Vehicle.

My Car already driven for over 200 Kms without my consent before delivery and makes me feel cheated on how was the car driven and why was it driven as this can impact Performance, Economy and Life of Vehicle

Followup on Issue with Hyundai Dealership

Please note that I bought this car with Lot of Expectations, dreams and higher Sx Variant from Reputed Manufacturer Hyundai so that I can have Peace of mind Ownership and delivery Experience. I trusted hyundai but my Hyundai Experience was this full of cheat and falsehood. I had lost privilege of first long drive on brand new own car as it was already driven 221 km.

I am unhappy to share my concern to you who consider Hyundai cars as 'customers lifetime companion'. I now seek a Remedial action from HYUNDAI INDIA as I am seriously worried about my Car where the Performance, Economy and Life of Vehicle can lot be impacted by those 200 Kms Free run by Dealership at there will before Delivery of Car

I hope I will get the quick resolution.

Thankyou so much.. it has proven great help... dealer has explained the scenario and gave assurance... also in process of retaining trust dealership has offered seat covers for the car.... dealership might get agree for extended warranty if I would have pushed little more but he gave genuine reason so I got convinced.

Happy to hear that
Just a small recommendation as you referred it to been your first car
> When you start car in morning, idle for few seconds around 15 seconds so that lubrication can happen to turbo charger and do not race the engine to high rpm in initial run

> When you cover Long Distance drive or High Speed driving on expressway sort then before turning the ignition off idle the car engine for as high as a minute so that turbo can cool down, Do note that turbo can spin very high to tune of 150,000 to 200,000 rpm in a minute even.

Above best practice will ensure long lasting life to this key component turbocharger without much wear to it

Getting seat covers is good.
Fault partly on your side also for not checking odo before taking delivery.

I have checked odo at the time of delivery they explained me that it is 22.1km. Ambience was such that I nodded without observing the decimal point.
