Been thats important to assess in
> Battery
> Tyres
> Other wear & Tear Parts

Anyhow, Considering good condition as what the car is - Rs 3 Lakh seems a fair price for Second Hand Grand i10 Sportz Petrol if driven under 40,000 Kms

What will be the resale value after an year of family use of 5000 km.

It makes no sense to buy at 2.3 lac. Fair price will be 1.5L or below
Since BS6 kicked in many 2nd hand BS6 car will be available in market by the time you want sell it, and you won't be able to get a fair resale price
