I am a owner of a car and my car is been blacklisted and the blacklisted reason being 1 Audit Para 2008-09. Please advise me.

How did you came to know about Blacklist ?
Is it referred in Parivahan or got a notice or have sold the car and then came to know
> Do you have all original tax receipts ?
> Is any traffic offence pending on car or by any chance was involved in court case ?
> Is it a Used car, bought from some other other ?
> Any Commercial registration involved ?
If none of above then suggest to approach in local RTO with vehicle papers and documents
Also, for benefit of others - do update this post on the findings you get

As I have bought a car but its showing that there is an internal audit fee.. what does it mean.. and hw to check how it has happened?
Blacklisted due to audit objection to the audio fees if due dated.
