Is ECU update is not part of 3rd free service for Tata Tiago XZA?

At service center, the adviser told me this is done. But when I returned home I doubted that its not done. The reason for my doubt is the "time" set on the Dashboard wrongly by me was not corrected after serving also. Which I think should have been corrected in case of software check and update?

Now the service adviser is telling there is no ECU update for Tiago its only come for Nexon.

Points to note:
1- Mileage had dropped after servicing.
2- Slight press on accelerator shoots RPM to 3000+ even 4000, with lot of sound which not not the case before.
3- Pick up is pathetic now. Driving experience getting worse.

The service center guy told me to bring the car to the center. And I am going to do that. But don't want to pay for that as it seems to the manufacturing problem or servicing problem.

Also can you inform me when was last update released for tIago xza. I purchases=d it on Oct 2018.

Please advice what should be my course of action.

You need to check for ECU Software version
To the best of available info - latest version for Tata Tiago is
> TA07 for AMT Petrol
> RN15 for Diesel Model

You need to check from your service advisor on the ECU Version the car is and if not on TA07 to get it updated accordingly

Also, for the issues mentioned pl check for
> Engine oil and Oil filter been replaced - is it as per the recommended oil grade and correct filter used
> Also do check for Air Filter and ask them to clean or replace same

Also - is there idling vibration been increased, if yes may ask them for Throttle body cleaning
Hope should help !!
