I bought a new Maruti Wagor R from Shivam Autozone dealer in Kandivali west, Mumbai and after 3-4 days of delivery, wherr i had hardly driven 18-20kms that the odometer reading was 407 kms.
On complaining to dealer and escalating it to their VP, he said it was a normal practise to deliver a car with 100-150 kms driven on it and this was sriven in their sales event and transported across their various sales locations, so it had clocked so many kms. They did not inform this at delivery and now claim its mistake. I do not want a driven car, it also not smooth like a new car would be and i feel cheated, by even after writing to Maruti, there has been no resolution.
What are my options on getting a new car.. they are reluctant as this has registered in my name by them.

Have you not done PDI Inspection at time of delivery ?

If vehicle registered, then nothing can be done except raising complaint to Manufacturer for this experience of been delivered a car at 350+ kms on odo.
