Hello sir,
I have booked Hyundai Verna from dealer in my city on 17th July 2019 . I paid them 25000 cash for booking and they have given me receipt of it. They also mentioned on it that car will be delivered in August 2019 before end of month and also that I have to pay them rest 8,70,000 that time. Now they are saying that car will be delivered in September 2019 and also that prices are increasing from 1st September so I should pay them whole amount in August only and they will deliver it in September else I have to pay them more amount at the time of delivery . Is this right ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Prices increasing not from September but from August
refer - Hyundai Price Hike Announcement

Now in terms of prices applicability, Booking date is immaterial for the price. Its price applicable on Day of Vehicle Invoicing which is applicable
So if can arrange for funds in July then can get vehicle invoiced and beat price hike, else the applicable prices on day of invoice / delivery would be applicable.

Hope should help !!

Thank you so much for your response. It meant a lot. I will get it invoiced tommorow so that I can beat the price hike.
