Hello,

You got a descent budget for a new Car
Instead of AMT - suggest to check out
> Ford Figo Automatic
> Maruti Baleno CVT

They cost in range of Rs 8 Lakh to 8.5 Lakh (On road delhi) and the transmission option
> Figo - 6 speed Torque converter in 1.5 Litre Engine
> Baleno - CVT Automatic with lowest rubber band effect is descent enough to consider

Torque converter from Figo is outstanding in performance, you will love in seamless response and power delivery
Baleno CVT feels good to go without any rubber band effect, spacious family car

AMT has slight pause effect and feels a bit jerky at times, been budget at your end Figo Automatic / Amaze or Baleno CVT should be in consideration

Hope should help !!
