Hello Gaganji .. Hope you are doing well?

First of all, i must say i am a big fan of your Youtube videos and website content. I keep referring these to keep me up to date with new car reviews and general people queries. And you do a fantastic job answering everyone with your expert advise without any vendor bias. Great job !!

Now, coming to my query, i own a Toyota Yaris J-CVT. I bought this also after referring your videos and reviews in the month of Dec'18 with 1.5 Lac discount and completely satisfied with car (be its mileage, active safety features, drive-ability comfort, service cost, etc). It's a great car in my perspective and meeting all my requirements. Thanks again to your videos and website using which i could finalize this car :-).

The only thing i am not satisfied is its Headlight visibility. And after seeing your blog for headlight upgrade, i understand this is a common problem with most of the cars these days. Even though these cars have Projectors but they use Halogen bulbs inside to save cost :-(. And I believe you recommend going for Philips or Osram Night Vision Halogen bulbs for better visibility.

Now, my question is how many of these will i require if i need to change just low beam bulbs for both headlights? Yaris has H11 headlight assembly which i understand have different bulbs for Low Beam and High Beam. So, would i need to purchase 4 such bulbs to change both low beam and high beam for both headlights? If yes, can i just change the low beam bulbs as I am more concerned on Low Beam visibility only and high beam visibility is just fine. Or do you have any other recommendations?

Thanks once again Gaganji .. Have a good day !!

Hello,

You just need to change in bulbs on Low Beam

High beam bulbs if upgraded impact the vision on driver on other side and no need to change them as the ideal way to drive in using low beam only in night and high beam use should only be for
> Dipper usage
> Driving on deserted road where no traffic or vehicle on other side coming
