Not at all . The price of 12.5 lakh is rack on road price in 2019 and there would be discounts to it too.
Its a test drive car - means completely been tested at low speed, sudden acceleration, brakes and been tested for almost 17000 Kms
The condition of a test drive car driven that high is complete avoidable unless appear to be available at 60% of price means 7 to 7.25 Lakh at max or rather even i wont recommend the car
Its better to buy used car from direct owner even if 40,000 Kms driven in which the probability of ownership experience and maintenance can be lot better against the given test drive car
