Hey Gagan,

I am planning my first car under 7 lacs(on-road). I am looking for basic features like
Power window (for all doors)
reverse Sensor/Camera

After going through rigorous research on cars. I have narrowed down to few options
1) Tata Tigor
2) Ford Freestyle
3) Maruti Swift VXI
4) Maruti Baleno

and yes I am looking for mid-segment, I have a family of five including one child

kindly help me out in this

Hello,

Of the given choices basis usage preference
> Ford Freestyle in Petrol is a superior product over Tiago
> Baleno Delta as of now is a superior product over Swift basis space

In between Baleno Delta and Freestyle Petrol
> Baleno feels lot more spacious in rear seat, has Bigger Boot Space
> More Engaging to drive with better power pickup
> Relatively feels better in Interior Aesthetics over Freestyle
> Maruti Baleno can expect to be low ownership cost car as Mileage, Resale
> Relatively better equipped in features in Baleno Delta against Freestyle Trend

Ford Freestyle on other hand
> Has Raised Ground Clearance to its advantage
> Feels relative more sturdy
> Steering Dynamics on higher speed are marginally better
> Suspension Dynamics feels a bit better for typical Indian roads

Overall if considering a city driven usage family car - Baleno Delta edges out to be better buy
Hope should help !!
