Hi Team,
I recently purchased Tata Tiago XZA one month back, The make is of July 2018. I have noticed some rust on disc brake on both front tyres. My question is is it common to have such rust? If not what can I do about it? Will the dealer or Tata will be answerable to fix it? How can I approach them? What are my leagal option if they dont oblige?

I have attached the pics for the same. Thanks in Advance, Ajay.

Hello,

Brake Disc are made up of Standard Cast iron
Due to oxidation property - the rusting can be visible if the car was parked for prolonged period / near wet area / monsoon time
Been the car was July Manufactured and Monsoon month just followed the same - the disc could have got rust on to it,. However, with usage the rust will just go off.

Nothing much to worry about
Hope should help !!

Thanks for the reply. Hope you noticed the pics? All these rust will go off gradually being used?
Is there any way to clean them not waiting for that to be cleaned off automatically?
