Resolved RTO charges of West Bengal for Maruti Baleno Delta Petrol

Hello Sir,
I am from Kolkata and I have booked a Suzuki Baleno Delta (Petrol Manual.)
The dealer is asking me for registration charge of Rs. 31000 ( life time regiatration + 5 yrs. Tax) + Rs.1500 as H.P. + Rs. 340 as Smart card charge ( Total of Rs. 32840/-)
I am sure that the charges are not that high. However I am unable to check the actual prices.
Hence, Can you please help me with the current new car registration (Personal) charges of W.B.

Hello,

The charges are correct
> Road Tax - 5.5%
> HP Charges - Rs 1500 if Finance taken as HP addition charges on RC
> Smart Card - Vary in States from Rs 230 to Rs 400, exact can be known from respective RTO
