Sir... i give a booking amount of 5000 rupees to One of the Hyundai car dealer in our city by cheque in Sept. 2018 . In return I asked for a receipt for payment they told we do not give. So I just clicked a pic of cheque and give them. Then they offered grand I 10 magna in single airbag model in 5.35 lac. But when I seen sports I liked it. Then they told 6 lac for the same. Now I n between 1 month goes in Oct. They told we don't have that car stock so u have to purchase new price stocks which is 30k more. Compare to other dealers same mfg cars. So I told I don't wanna buy now they told they will cut the 3000 rupees for cancellation .. sir is it correct?? Can I get my money back ? I am very much upset..what shuld I do sir??

Did you asked the dealer to transfer booking to Grand Sportz ?
If yes and the dealer has run out of stock of car, then technically no cancellation charges to be imposed

Suggest to complain to HMIL on same and share your intent of buying Grand i10 only but from other dealer having car in stock, also state that the booking was transferred to Grand Sportz and now the dealer is out of stock of same

Hopefully - it should go in your consideration
Should help !!
