Dear Sir / Madam,
I need the information about the second hand car whose RC was expired and the car presently in another state. I purchased in Hyderabad with Telangana Registration and bought it to Maharashtra. Now I need to Do fresh registration at Maharashtra only. IS it necessary to take car for renewal of RC to Hyderabad and What is the procedure. Still Ownership also not transfereed. Can i get the owner ship transfer without taking car to Hyderbad and Can i Re-register in Maharashtra directly.
Kindly suggest the procedure. The person who sold the car, he is also in Trouble now to purchase new car. Kindly suggest me the details in This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You mean to say that you have purchased car a Hyderabad, whose RC Expired and now looking to re-register same in Maharashtra

Well, to the best of our info it wont be possible
1. As of now only BS-4 compliant vehicles are allowed to register in
Been inter-state transfer needs re-registration with a new registration mark of MH Series (Maharashtra series) - it wont be possible to re-register in 15 year old car

2. NOC are not issues for cars whose registration is expired

The only way to transfer car is
> Get Fitness certificate renewed for next 5 years in Hyderabad
> Transfer vehicle to your name in Hyderabad with TS (Telangana) series, by submitting a local address proof of Hyderabad

Hope should help !!
