I bought a new Maruti Celerio ten months before the vehicle was giving good response,but from last two weeks i began to hear a machine grinding noise coming from the engine when i start the car,the noise is not coming when i press the clutch but when i release the clutch the noise is coming.please help me what could be the problem

Hello,

It seems like Clutch Bearing Noise
Not an expensive part and possibly be should be covered under warranty

Is the sound like this, then contact dealer they will replace under warranty

Yes you're correct , I took my car to the dealer initially they said the noise is due to an broken oil seal they replaced it with newer one , but the noise didn't stop and they inspected clearly and said it was due to faulty a clutch bearing and they replaced a newer one free of cost , Now the noise has gone ,Thank you for your help sir

I have the same sound coming from engine. I took the car to dealer they replaced clutch bearing twice but now still same noise comes when I start in morning and when clutch is depressed the sound does not come. Please help.
