it has stock tyres of Mrf Zvtv(175/65/r15).I want to upgrade my tyres from current to Michellin or Yokohama. My roprities are a balance of better braking, acceleration, handling and fuel efficiency.i have also shortlisted two sizes:

1) 185/65/r15
2) 195/60/r15

or shall i stick to stock size and change just get michellin or yokohama?

P.S- i have done 23k kms on stock tyres having steel wheels and no ABS.

Hello,

The Stock Size is what best for city drive condition and controlled driving speed for Mileage, Handling and even considered better for pickup from slow speed with light steering

Upsizing to R185 or R195 tyres although will improve cornering, high speed dynamics but will impact in Mileage and make a slight firmed up steering especially in R195 tyres

In terms of brands - Michelin Xm2 can prove to be reasonably good enough for requirement
Hope should help !!

thanks for the help.So if i stay with stock size and go with michelin XM2 can i expect better braking and acceleration?

P.S: I mentioned 185 and 195 cause other cars in same price segment offering good grip so why not the jazz?

Are the 185/65/R15 will touch the boady parts of the car at any time of driving (bumps or sharp turns)
