Hello,

They wont calculate road tax on 4 Lakh
But will rather calculate it on depreciated value as assessed in by RTO Officer
Been the car around 8 year Old - expect 5% depreciation as a base standard adopted by many RTO
Can expect that around 40% to 45% depreciation will be deducted on original purchase price and on it road tax will be applied

Road Tax slabs are around 9% for Petrol and 11% for Diesel car in Rajasthan
For exact amount - pl connect with local RTO with original invoice

Hope should help !!
