I booked a Maruti Baleno delta car from Rishav NEXA showroom patliputtra, Patna with reference number 17002485.

Booking had had 16 week waiting period agreed with NEXA RM (PRAVEEN) and it suppose to deliver before first week of November.

I was in regular follow-up with showroom mostly with RM PRAVEEN AND ANAND for car deliver status and everytime they said car will be delivered on time, I am much concerned about this car as I booked it for my sister's marriage.

I called showroom last week to check whether car has come or not as delivery date was crossing but NEXA people started saying that company has delayed the delivery and car will not be delivered this month.

This is not at all acceptable as car was booked for marriage purpose with clear agreement on delivery.

I am looking forward to take legal action against showroom and NEXA as it has broke its commitment but before trying to take help from these site of you guys can help in solving my issue before I nock to judiciary door.

I, had booked for NEXA BALENO ALPHA PETROL from TR SAWHNEY (via CSD) and collected the vehicle on April 11, 2018.

Despite informing the RM Mr. Amit (sorry I do not have the last name), the urgency and to have the car ready for delivery in an hour or so, I was made to wait for almost 5 to 6 hours (had to skip our lunch), by saying it will juts take an hour and hour and an hour and an hour......

The car was to be actually collected from their Rajouri Garden centre and in the last minute was told to reach Gurgaon to collect.

I wanted some accessories to be fixed in the car and was charged for the same in advance before even fixing and while fixing the accessories, some of them were not available in the showroom and the refund amount is still pending as on 31-May-2018. The reason stated was that once the showroom receives the money from CSD, my amount will be refunded. Is that the correct approach? Why do they not check the availability of the stuff available with them, before suggesting the customer to avail and charge them for the same? Is it an ETHICALLY correct approach for Sales?

To add to the above, I still have not received the number plate for my car. The reason being stated that the number plate they received had some error and it has to be requested for correction. Today during follow up I was told that by coming Monday, 03-June-2018, I will be intimated by when can I get the number plate. So that means I can't drive my car with the actual number and incase I get caught by the cops, who is going to be responsible for it.

This is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGHLY DISGUSTED and definitely would not suggest anyone to buy NEXA specially from these guys.


I am Gopa Kumar serving in Indian Army. I had booked a Baleno Alpha(P) Ray Blue on 22 Mar 18. At the time of booking I informed to your rep (Mr Praveen, Srivatsa International Pvt Ltd) that I need the delivery in the middle of May and he agreed. I am working in Andaman Islands. According to his information I planned my leave and reached here 15th with all documents for canteen stores department purchase. I approached him for invoice and availability certificate on 17th. He called me to nexa showroom 18th but when I arrived he was not there and through mobile he promised me that he will mail invoice to the Bank directly next day. But he failed to do so. I had already taken appointment to CSD Depot for documentation on 25th May. Today morning I got a phone call from Mr Praveen that company had stopped the manufacturing of Ray Blue colour and suggested for Gray colour. I refused for gray colour. I don't have sufficient time to wait. So I was forced to cancel the order because of irresponsible act done by your rep Mr Praveen and I have to face lot of financial and mental disturbance from a reputed company as Maruti Suzuki. Please note my points in future and brief your staff accordingly. I am attaching the copy of Booking Receipt for your ready ref.

i had bought a new baleno alpha on 27-12-2017 i was on my way from gujarat to jodhpur with my friends my car was around 60 - 70 kmph suddenly my car excel right hand side broke down and we bumped in a divider.but we all was saved by god. but right now its my complain to nexa maruti suzuki to take appropriate action against the manufacturing error,plz do revert ACP..
your ignorance couldt leed a serious legal action against the company

Sir I am from Jamshedpur I have booked Delta Model Grey colour Baleno on First week of November at Nexa Adityapur Jamshedpur but they have not delivered yet and I come to know that they have delivered many others who booked after us. Even the sales man Suraj tried to persuade us to take other model other colour or sometime other car.....we are done with our patience but before cancelling our booking I want you to look into this matter...pls

I am equally concerned after seeing it as car delivery was decided on for marriage
However, going to judiciary or filing case wont help as this remains as estimated waiting time and wont help much been booking terms remains in favor of manufacturer / dealer and not likely to help.

> Meeting in Area Manager of Maruti Suzuki and follow up if they can ensure delivery within committed time lines. The area office is in Vasundhara Mall patna

It requires having interaction directly with OEM to see if can get car in committed delivery time lines
