Really very poor service from the Nexa. I am really frustrated.I booked baleno on 16 jun 2017 still I did not receive the baleno.I already spoken to relationship manager and showroom manager he told me that we will provide the car to you as early as possible but still didn't receive .please help me out

Hello,

The network of Nexa has Nexa Pathankot and the closest next dealer is almost 100 Kms+ away in
> Nexa Gandhi Nagar, Jammu
> Amritsar
> Hoshiarpur
> Jalandhar

Unlike city like Delhi - where dealers are in close proximity, In your case - the reliability is on single dealer in your location where allocation is done based on stock, color, variant, city wise

Been the car was booked good 4 month back and the fact for servicing and fulfillment - you have single Nexa dealer in your location, suggest to check out when the indent was placed, reach out with GM and get exact time frame

In mean-while if required - may escalate same to Nexa customer care referring the booking date and seek assistance for giving an exact delivery date.

Mai Maruti Sazuki Delta Model Baleno car purchase ki thy Amritsar Nexa Showroom se Nov 2018. Car No PB46 AC 1640.
Sir abi tak like RC nhi di gyi. 3 se 4 bar mai Agency visit be kiya. But muje har bar bola gya 3 se 4 din tk RC mil jaegi but abi 10 months ho gye. Mane apni car ka claim lena tha to mane car Nexa workshop le kr gya 16 Aug 19 ko. Cha Mr Harpreet ne muje attend kiya aur 1 Sep 19 ko car delivery krne ko bola. But call krne pr abi tk car ki repair suru nhi ki aur RC ke bina claim nhi hoga. Amritsar Agency me bola to abi 2 week ho gye kuj nhi bta rhe . Aaj 29 Aug ko bat ki to bola gya abi 1 week hor lggega .
Sir mai pushna chata hu k Muje RC abi tk Q nhi mili
Aur car ka kam q nhi kiya ja rha
Maine gadi Agency me khdi krne ke liye nhi liya
Service very poor
Staff koi be help nhi krna chata
Sir muje reply chahe aur RC na milne ka resion chaiye
Meri car 1 Sep ko nhi deliver ki gyi to mai car Nexa Showroom me khdi kroga aur social media pr apki service dekhioga pure Nexa staff ki through video

I have purchased XL6 car last 6 month but there is coming to screen touch problems last 4 moths. i given complained to prem motor sector 14 Gurgaon continue but there is no any action for this. i already submitted the vedio also.
