Ours is a Chartered Accountancy firm registered under GST. It wants to sell its old car to a registered dealer. Since our firm does not fall in the category of individual, whether it will have to charge GST on transaction value?

GST Liability only occurs where one is

As your firm is rather a CA Firm - there is no liability of GST on Used cars which can occur
