Hi Guys,

I have Beat LT Petrol car. Suddenly the audio display went off today. I'm not sure what button or action caused this. But the audio is working in all modes like cd/aux and Band. Any idea of what caused this and is there any way to turn on the display to normal? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

Could be a simple fuse issue which is causing the blank display in Music system
The head unit music system has i believe 2 fuses which can be checked after taking the music system out - is generally on the back end side of music system head unit

Suggest to show it to chevy workshop to get it inspected
Would be a simple 10 to 15 minute job

I would like to know the location of the fuses. Is it inside the stereo or anywhere ? Please suggest.

All i know is, either the power to the top display unit is gone or it has gone bad! As someone has mentioned it earlier in the chat chain, probably there's a fuse! But I've last week gave my car for service with the same problem, but they told me that the entire module needs to be changed which costs around 30k which is not at all worth it. It looks to me like the power to the top module has disconnected in some way! I'm figuring out how to remove the unit so that i can investigate! When i succeed, i would sure let you know how to fix it over YouTube!
Thanks!
