This is to bring to your notice that one of my friend has booked Baleno from 'kalyani motors jp nagar, Bengaluru' and the sales executive is forcing for the full amount before the PDI (Pre delivery Inspection). This is highly unacceptable, how do you expect us to pay the full amount without we having seen the car in person. Gone are the days when customers could have been taken for granted, this wont work anymore, if you cant show us the car before we pay the money, no problem, we can book some other car from some other brand who will be happy to have a new customer. But I am confident that you will look into this matter, requesting you the same.

it is matter of concern that I have till not received next card
I am here for second service they said we cannot wash it even when I came for 1st time same they said but I acknowledge them if again and again they will do so I will change the car although I have another mRuti car same service I met during that time my engin is also having problem but nothing happened I think I should gift it to your MD
