1. Road Tax would be 7% calculated on depreciated value as assessed by RTO Officer (based on Original Invoice, IDV Insurance Value and assessment basis grid matrix). Unsure - if any State Entry Tax (Octroi) also needs to be paid, then it will be over and above and additional

2. Registration Charges is minuscule, its basically for RC which would be around rs 300 to 500

3. No - this will be treated as Owner Serial Number 2 (if you bought it from the first owner of the vehicle)
