To help you with - Authentication key is a 4 digit number.
Suggest to check Owner Manual as given. Generally the authentication codes, key numbers are mentioned in it in the service booklet
In case - you still could not get it - suggest to contact or visit Renault Workshop. Probably - they can assist you as they need to punch in unique music system serial number in the Software - basis which the authentication key can be found.
No charges should ideally be charged by workshop for same.

Sir madam I would like to inform you about ur employee in goa verna service center employees are soo ennoing to the castamers i brought new kwid car climber in this month 8/8/2017 after five days I was in the office to see the technician but I was sitting there for hours later that technican come and I told him that my navegator in music system is not working but ur employee speaking like he doesn't know about that system so dear sir madam I would like to inform that ure company is wery gud but ure employee management is wery poor so plz i am so disappointed with ure employees
I have uploaded my Kwid infotainment system to 9.1.3
But I can't install rear camera and rear sound. I tried to do with pass key, but Micom test is not showing activated.
Can anyone tell me, how can I fix it.?
