Resolved Procedure for Cancellation of State Transfer NOC

Hello,

State transfer NOC once issued - will mark comments as 'NOC issued' in RTO records
Now for cancellation of NOC - What info we have, generally - Original RTO Office )in your case Delhi RTO) seeks confirmation letter in form of clearance certificate from the new RTO (i.e Bangalore RTO) - that the said vehicle never received a request against the vehicle for registration and that the said vehicle is not registered with them. This is to be stamped by Bangalore RTO

Then below documents needs to be submitted from your end
>> Surrender the original copy of NOC obtained earlier to the original registering authority (RTO).
>> Clearance Certificate from Bangalore RTO that they never recvd a request for vehicle registration and said vehicle is not registered with them - This is also known as Non Utilization Certificate, for same they will write on original NOC with Stamp, Sign
>> An affidavit from the owner of the vehicle stating that he has not mis-used the vehicle and the NOC from the period of obtaining the NOC.
>> Fee Rs. 100 from all vehicles.
>> ID, Address Proof, PUC, RC Copy, Chassis Imprint

Some Additional Info
> Karnataka has policy of 1 month registration policy for other state vehicles. Though this was quashed by Court order - but State Government has put in anothe case for re-consideraton. So RTO Bangalore may issue letter - only if they are reasonably satisfied that vehicle has not been bought in Bangalore

I have the same issue as Mr Sarin. I have vehicle registered with W.B. Alipore RTO. Initially had taken the NoC for Pune. However, did not register at Pune. I have also taken non migration certificate from Pune RTO. But unable to get the NoC cancelled. Please do help with any relevant contacts/info.

I have a similar issue. My brother has a two- vehicle registered with Hyderabad C Z RTO since 2014 . Initially had taken the NoC for Bangalore in 2017 . However, did not register at Bangalore .He expired in 2019 . Please advise how to transfer the bike on my name . What are relevant documents required as he expired and took NOC also .

I too have a similar issue.
My Car(which is used by my wife) is registered at Kolkata. Due to my work I took NOC from Kolkata to Bangalore on 2014. My wife had suddenly some health issue and Doctor advised not to drive. So its there at Bangalore idle since then, I had never approached the RTO here. Now I want to take it back to Kolkata.

Whats the procedure? I see in the Vaahan site , its written "NOC Issued", What are the next steps?

I purchased volkswagan car in delhi during nov 2013. I took NOC at delhi sheikh sarai rto office in july 2016 to bangalore. But I could not migrate at bangalore till jan 2021 since my transfer to bangalore has not happened. May please let me know how to cancel NOC at delhi ??
