Hello Sudhir,

There are no such reports or indications which may hint that Vitara Brezza Build Quality is weak
To tell you - Maruti Suzuki is using all new platform in its generation of car which has improved the crash resiliency, rigidity with even improved Noise & Vibration levels

Kerb Weight
The Body Kerb Weight of
> Brezza is in range of 1170 - 1195 Kg which is good enough for Pep and Performance considering competition car like
> Ecosport has Kerb Weight of 1250 Kg
> S Cross having weight of 1180 Kg in 1.3 Litre Engine and 1250 Kg in 1.6 Litre

Safety Ratings
The Safety test ratings are not available of Vitara Brezza. Though Safety Specs of ABS with EBD and Dual Airbags are available as Option from Base Model. Even the manufacturer claims - that Vitara Brezza is already certified for offset and side impact crash test norms - giving it a safe and inspiring confidence to own the car. (Offset and Side Impact Crash test norms is likely to come in India in 2017)

However yes
> Door Panels looks relative lighter in Vitara Brezza as against the solid build feel factor in Ecosport and TUV300
> On same lines - even Boot Door too in Ecosport and TUV300 feels relative much heavier

Stability
A Car Stability is based on multiple factors - Body weight distribution to find rolling, Suspension, Body Aerodynamics, Ground clearance which determines how high is center of gravity, angular inertia, Wheels & Tyres for stability, Body design and much more. Expect Brezza to be descent stable on 16 Inch Wider Tyres - offering descent mid range performance. Would suggest to test drive it to feel the experience

Overall - it would have been good, had ESP, Traction Control and Hill Hold Drive Assist would have been a part of safety features along with even heavier door panels. It was an opportunity ffor Maruti Suzuki to promote the model with add on safety specs - but seems missed here

Still - Brezza is a good stable and safe car to buy, choose in Option models with Safety spec of ABS and Dual Airbags

Hope should help !!

Hello Sudhir,

Just wanted to check you have bought Breeza or not. I am also planning to buy Brezza and have same questions in my mind.

Sharing your experience with stability and other factors will be helpful for me before finalizing.

Thanks

Hello Guys,

I have bought the Brezza and driven around 600 kms. It is decent and more value for money. All the attributes shared by admin are good in this car. safety wise, you don't feel the car is light build.

Yes the doors are not heavy, but the platform and metal used to build this car is strong. Take a test drive, push to limits, drive at high speeds, take sharp turns, It will make you happy.

Only the concern is interiors. Its not the best quality but not bad as well. You feel spacious and it really looks big. You will love the way it handle the bad roads.

I am a new driver, but this car made it easy (thanks to ground clearance, good steering feedback, bonnet visibility, rear view camera and the brakes). For the price I paid, I will say "This is really good man". If you ask, what else car will you consider for mostly city in SUV category, it is Creta!! but is too expensive and the VFM in this category is always XUV500. Good luck!

brezza is not a good car. Because the car is not let to international market. The quality is less and safety is less.

My dear friend, don't buy Vitara brezza. Its just an overhead car with shoddy build quality. I am not talking about fit and finish but about the underpinning of the car .
I was very recently involved in a crash in a brezza.
A guy in front of us apllied sudden brake.we were going at 60km/hr so somehow we stopped. But a minitruck coming behind us slid and crashed into us.It world have been at about same speed as us.
Our car(brezza) was total loss. The entire back caved in ,At first it looked as if it could be repaired, but on further inspection they found that the chassis was bent and that structural integrity was lost hence deemed total loss.
The front also clipped the rear guard of the tata ace on format of us was the fender was ripped apart.
I was in the back , and the only reason I didn't break my back back was because by the grace on Jesus Christ I wasn't sitting straight . I was sitting almost sideways so it didn't impact by back . The back seats were pushed forward .
And you know what the funny part was?
There was only a small dent on the guy who hit us at the back and there was absolutely no dammage on the ace .
Don't buy Maruti cars if you value your life

Dear people, please don't compare brezza with mini trucks and ace. There is a difference between monocoque and ladder chassis. Your point does not make any sense.

What kind of people your I don't know you guys go to maruthi Suzuki cars knowingly it's unsafe and built quality is tin ka dabba and You UNCLE don't speak stupid Have a look at Ford ecosport it's built is very strong there is no rules only trucks should be strong even cars also should be strong ex: tata nexon,Ford ecosport, xuv 300 , Creta all these cars have great built quality sitting in a unsafe car and driving is almost like getting ready for suicide
Brother if your planning to compact SUV go for ecosport a Car with good safety and Performance far better than Brezza in many aspects ?
