You may have to get NOC issued from WB RTO - that you seek to re-register vehicle in other state (i.e. Karnataka)
This is been asked by new RTO in order to adjudge
> Not a case of Theft (ID theft are happening)
> No Criminal Offence against Car
> NO Traffic Dues pending

You can submit an application for issuance of Inter State NOC in respective RTO in West Begal and once NOC issued can pay in appropriate road tax in Karnataka and re-register vehicle with KA Number plate

Sir I have honda city vmt car my road tax laps on 4 .4.2017 , but i have got transfered to pune maharashtra , for road tax we get 15 days grace time . is it possible i take noc in this grace time and pay road tax in maharashtra , or pay only 6 moth or 1 year road tax instead of 5 year road tax

There is no as such provision of road tax Payment for 6 months or a Year
It has to be minimum 5 year Payment - which is paid as OTT - One Time Tax

However - as what mentioned - car is in grace period (post expiry of registration) - unsure if RTO issue in NOC for cars past registration expiry
May have to check with local RTO in West Bengal

I have road tax expiring on 2018nfor my Wagon R Car and I need to know the process of paying on time before due date online if possible

Sir i have taken NOC from west bengal for bihar patna but due to some i couldn't transfer my car now my NOC is expire and Road tax also fail.
