Used Car RC Transfer
Car RC is a Legal document which states that Ownership of Vehicle belongs to Person whose name vehicle is registered. As per Supreme Court Orders and Judgement
- Even if Car Owner Sold Car to other person and take payment, but if Ownership not Transferred in RTO then as per Court of Law - Original Vehicle Owner will still be accountable for any Traffic Fine, Offence as made by the car
- Vehicle Owner as per RC would be the 1st Person to be summoned by Traffic Police in case of Road Accidents
