Bhupinder Singh - I have prebooked the vehicle on 19th June with Harpreet Ford, Moti Nagar, Delhi and after writing so many emails directly to Ford MD, have not heard anything from him. Shows the professionalism with which this organization and MD works.  

What if the hike again happens before I get deliver. Am I a fool who PRE-BOOKED the vehicle without knowing its price and pay the hiked price whenever you hike the prices. This really freaks me out.

Its your problem that you were not able to deliver the vehicle so why should I pay for it" 

 

Davinder Preet Singh - I have booked ES Trend Diesel and now I came to know that Ford has increased the its Price by 35000. It is simply unjust. First there is a long which still is understandable but when one has already booked on a predetermined price, it is not fair to ask for 5 % more. Ford people should take new bookings on new prices. There is no price protection. I think that the success of ES has gone to Ford's head. Please dont kill the enthu abt this product. People have started talking abt cancelling ES in India. It may result to ease out pressure on Ford production lines but Believe me once you lose trust of people you cant win them back easily. So I insist that Ford should reconsider its decision of Price hike, as it results into lsoing the the key attraction (Aggressive Pricing ). I have been approached by Renu Dealer for Duster as they have offered a Scheme called Step up wherein I can buy a Mid Model in the price of Base Model. Now As the Difference between Ford and Duster reducing to 70K, I am getting serious regarding changing my decision regarding ES. Irrespective of what I opt for, I still ask Ford not to spoil ES like Fiesta"

 

Anubhav Khare -  Apart from grinning and bearing the considerable 40,000 rupee (minimum) price hike for the EcoSport Titanium, buyers will also have to contend with features being deleted, and this makes the price increase larger than before. At a time when the Renault Duster is available with minimal waiting periods and other car makers offer chunky discounts, Ford India's tactics might see the company losing a chunk of bookings from harried buyers. 

Now there wont b any keyless entry push button system in Titenium model in ecosport as it has been withdrawn by ford , even after price hike this step might provoke many consumers to knock the door of consumer court ....well done ford revealed yr true colours ...

 

Anu Raj -  I have booked the ford ecosport on 29/07/2013 in the name of my sister Mrs. Apsara DL and make a payment of rs 50000/- at the showroom Kairaly Ford,kollam,kerala ,india. After one month the vehicle was ready for delivery & we made a payment of Rs 590528/- through a finance company on 27/08/2013 .Then the ford executive called me and said that vehicle has been billed and they took temporary registration on 28/08/2013 .Then we paid balance amount of Rs 76426 on 9/9/2013 (including insurance + handling charge + accessories charges +Reg charge ) Then sales chief had verbally assured me that we will not be affecting any increase in price because we have made the payment. Today (13/09/2013) we went to take the vehicle & they asked extra amount of Rs.35000/- and we didn’t took the vehicle. This incident is quiet unfair considering the reputation of the company. Atleast people who have made payment and taken temporary registration of the cars before the hike should be given vehicle at older price. It is a commitment to the market.

Since 2004 I was using Ford Cars as per details given below:
1) Reg. No. KL 02 K 6966 Ikon 
2) Reg. No. KL02 Z 5995 Fiesta 
3) Reg. No KL 13 P 7575 Fiesta
We are expecting you to value the feelings the customer & will take an immediate action.

 

Hemant Jangid -  Ford couldn't have managed the Ecosport worse than they are doing right now. Total chaos in booking process, price hike and feature removals. No transparency in booking. I haven't even got the my booking reference number. Ford left customers on mercy of dealers. Price hike is highest for variants which have higher localization (diesel engines) and still the silly excuse of rupee devaluation is given. Will Ford decrease price again when Rupee has started to appreciate again?

I have started to hate Ford as a brand as much as I like (even love) EcoSport. Ford is not able to digest the success it tasted with EcoSport. It is treating its customers badly today because it has a strong booking. But its short term strategies is heading itself towards the same deserted showrooms it once had.

DEEPAK KOHLI : I have received a letter from M/s Harpreet Ford on dtd. 3.2.2014 as per which delivery of Ford Ecosport petrol (AMB) will be made in Feb'2014. It is to be noted that the said vehicle was booked by me on 7th July'2013.

As suggested in the aforesaid letter I deposited a total amount of Rs 7,16,936/- including booking amount.

It has already been more than 9 months from the date of booking & 2 month appox. after making the complete payment of the vehicle but delivery of the vehicle is yet to be received. Even my Bank loan EMI has started without even getting the vehicle.

I have earlier written many mails to Ford India as well as to Harpreet Ford Moti Nagar New Delhi but no concrete delivery date has been informed to me.

I hope that someone will look into this issue & expedite the delivery of the vehicle. Thanks

Ford Ecosport - this type of unprofessional attitude is not at all acceptable.
I think customers should move to Consumer Court for resolution.
I know people booking the car at price X...then during the waiting period the car undergoes an increase of 5%...and then again a price hike of around 30K more.
What is all this happening guys?

I am owning Ford eco sport from last 2 months, after 1st service i have started facing below issues.

1. Back side wiper is not working.
2. Driver display behind steering wheel are not working.
3. Central locking is not working.

I have raised this issue to ford service center at Turbhe, navi mumbai.

But after 4 days of research and development mechanics has failed to resolve above problems and has handed over me my car without resolving any issue.

guys let me know what other actions we can take to deal with such issues.

I think we all must start and protest against ecosport . We must make a group on Facebook against unfair and bad customer dealing from ford and make maximum people join this group and protest against ford and not buy ford car in future and cancel ford ecosport booking . I am first to do same . I am from Delhi and booked from harpreet ford moti nagar . We must join the group and make bulk cancellation of 50 - 100 cars at one time . We need unity to correct this mess up. I think ford must do something

They promised to deliver within three months that is on or before Sep 24
I receive their payment request letter on 14th Sep with price hike mentioning that if I will not pay full amount by 20th Sep then my vehicle will be given to next customer
I paid full amount on 18th Sep against my car before deadline given to me
Now it’s 5th Oct and harpreet ford is sitting on my money for last 18 days and not delivering my car and making excuses everyday
I already have sent them legal notice for this
There are many other customers like me who I know are victim. So now we all are planning for a campaign outside harpreet ford Delhi
As we all know there are many other new enthusiastic customers who are willing to book ecosport we will try our best that they will not become the victim of same company and suffer like us.
