I have booked a Honda amaze S Cvt special edition in November.
Delivery was expected in December however in the first week I was informed that special edition was not in the production schedule for Honda so it will get delayed to Jan 21.
So dealer has informed me that if it gets delivered in Jan, the price increase will be applicable. How is it my issue that Honda did not include it in the production schedule? Also spoke to Honda 121 customer care, they cannot give an assurance that car will be delivered in Jan too!
Is this normal? Quite a pathetic experience to be honest.
