I would like to know how much is being charged as convenience fee.
For cars:
Tag joining fee - 200
One time tag deposit amount -200
Top up charge = 15% of topup amount, per transaction (NEFT)
Plus Service tax will be levied on all the prescribed fees & charges at the applicable rates
Plus convenience fee, which is not clear. ICICI bank website says:
With effect from December 01, 2015, convenience fee will be levied to all the ICICI Bank FASTag Customers for executing "Online TAG Recharge" transactions. The rate of convenience fee will be levied based on the type of transactions.

Can anybody elaborate how much is the convenience fee being charged for cars?

I have been using Fastag for nearly a year now and feel normal lanes are quicker than Fastag lanes. Most of the toll plazas i have visited on Bangalore Chennai and Bangalore Hyderabad roads don't have a proper system for Fastag lanes. Trucks queue up as the RFID devices don't function properly and the toll operator keeps a hand held RFID reader which takes a lot of time. Also the barrier is not automatic and only after security personnel at the entrance moves the barricade the vehicle can enter.
I also feel that there is lake of awareness on how to use the Fastag lanes both by the road user as well as the toll operator.
